I'd like to know the same thing.
We only had one minor data problem which we fixed in a couple of days with no other issues. Upgrade away!

Upgrade was very smooth. We only encountered one issue which was an internal user error - (integration email was incorrect - resolved). We're testing the upgraded features now. This article on the ServiceNow integration was very helpful
